Red Oak Sanitation Can Pickup
I have been trying to get a response from Red Oak Sanitation about when they would be picking up our cans and refunding our $50 deposits. Today when I called for the 3rd time, I received the famous “due to large call volumes” voice response and had to leave a voice message. Frustrated with the lack of response, I sent an email to the company website. Below is the response. Roger and I plan on taking them up on their offer to bring our can to their Gainesville office. Obviously Red Oak has no incentive to pick up the cans or refund the deposits. I will let you know if delivering the cans direct works. » Deb Cofer

After a meeting last week, the owners have informed us that it could be months before they are able to return to the County and remove containers. You are able return the cart to us and we will cut you a check on the spot for your container deposit. Otherwise, you will need to waiYou can bring the container in Mon-Sat. The official physical address is 2 Ruby St, Gainesville, Ga 30501. Ruby street doesn’t exist any longer. We are off of Palmer Dr. Take I-985 North to exit 20. Exit off and take a left. Go down to 2nd traffic light and take a left onto Aviation Blvd. Go to next traffic light and take a left onto Palmer Dr. We are about 100 yards on the right.

My brother took his can to their office and was kind enough to take ours as well. They cut him a check and sent me one. Good to have that out of the way.

If anyone still has their Red Oak can I am going to be taking mine back and will have room in my trailer for more. If anyone would like me to take theirs for $5.00 I will be happy to do it.
